Tree as a symbol and teacher of organization. A lot of people and professional motivator tell us about how to build up the organization into great category. If we think deeply into environments around us, we can tell that the universe is showing the mankind about their identity. What do you think about the tree in this article which is put in the center of this passage?

The organization is group of people who form a business, club, etc. to achieve particular aim (Oxford Learner’s Pocket Dictionary: 2008). The aims of the organization have variation. Different organization has different goal to be achieved. We can make it analogy that different trees have different fruits from the appearance, smell, color and the taste. I will not tell and teach anything because I am not motivator or teacher and not as senior as the professional thinking but here I want to invite all of the readers to see into positive way from anything around us as the teacher and as the knowledge.

Why do we have to learn and see around us?

Read and learn not only from the book but also from the natural or universe. Before knowledge from the book come up I am sure the traditional people learn everything from the nature. Nature is the great and the marvelous power granted by God to the mankind. As the human beings we have responsibility to keep and preserve the environment around us and take the advantage only but not to destroy the nature. If the natures die, we will also die so we have to preserve the nature to the young generation of our child.

Then, what are the relationship between the organization and the tree as the nature part?   

Small organizations are such as the small trees. They do not have great power to stay a live. If the flood coming then that is the end of live of small tree. We know the parts of trees are:

a)      Root

b)      Steam

c)      Branches

d)     Leaves

e)      Flowers

f)       Fruits

g)      Will grow another tree with other branches of organization.

To build up the organization such as planting the tree, from the small size we have to be patient to give fertilizer and water to make its roots strong and grow up. Success in organization is not something an instantly happened but also a lot of things happened. Never give up if you build such organization with the vital suffer and nearly die because what you need is looking for the cause why the tree nearly die whether not enough fertilizer, whether the soil is not enough water, whether a lot of bugs from the outside of the tree, and other cause of have to be appeared.

From now on, try to understand the nature around us, keep it and preserve it, because a lot of advantage and useful are gather in the nature. And for the organization always monitors and analyze the condition and what make the root very strong to face great disaster and flood.
